1. Agreement to Terms

By commissioning services, purchasing WordPress themes, contracting custom software, or interacting with Spydiweb.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all agreements between Spydiweb ("Agency", "Developer", "We") and you ("Client", "User").

2. Scope of Work & Deliverables

All custom software development, website builds, mobile apps, digital marketing campaigns, and AI video ad creations are executed according to the project proposal or quotation mutually confirmed via written document, email, or official WhatsApp consultation (+91 7004901136). Any out-of-scope feature requests will be assessed separately.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Code Ownership

Upon settlement of final invoice payments:

• The Client receives 100% full ownership of custom application source code, designs, and content developed specifically for their project.
• Spydiweb retains the right to display non-confidential project screenshots and metrics in its public portfolio.
• Open-source libraries (e.g. React, WordPress, Flutter) remain licensed under their respective MIT/GPL licenses.

4. Payment Terms & Milestones

Standard projects follow milestone-based payments (e.g. initial mobilization advance, milestone demo approval, and final deployment balance). Payment methods include UPI, Direct Bank IMPS/NEFT, Razorpay, or Stripe for international clients.

5. Jurisdiction & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India.
